After the migration to our new platform, you’ll need to update your email client settings to continue sending and receiving email. This guide covers how to configure your email using IMAP (recommended), POP3 (optional), and SMTP settings.
🔧 Recommended Settings (IMAP)#
Using IMAP keeps your email in sync across multiple devices (desktop, phone, tablet, etc.). Here's how to configure your email client:

📥 Optional Settings (POP3)#
POP3 downloads your emails to your device and removes them from the server (not recommended unless you need offline-only access).

💡 Additional Notes#

Username: Your full email address (e.g., yourname@yourdomain.com)

Secure Password Authentication (SPA): ❌ Do not enable SPA, especially if using Microsoft Outlook
